About Me
Parents were keen gardeners, had an allotment too so spent a lot of time there when very young. Got my own allotment in '85 when I moved to Aylesbury. Kept it going until '91 when we moved to another part of town and the children started to grow up and demand more time. Got a new allotment plot early 09 (26 Feb to be precise) now the kids are grown - discovered a few weeks later it hadn't been properly worked for 20 years or more! Still, I like a challenge and it's good to be back out on an allotment, learning from the people around me and trying out my own ideas again. Just a shame I can't get there as much as I'd like, but some time is better than none at all. RHS level 2 exams sat in Feb so that's all behind me............only I've just signed up to do my Level 3 AND a garden design course. Still it'll keep me out of miscief and I enjoyed the level 2 studies, so here's hoping....
