About Me
I am a very old lady (82) and I just love growing lots of all sorts of veg.I love giving them away to friends and neighbours because it is impossible to use everything I produce.. When I was young,I was more interested in growing flowers,but now,being lucky enough to have a largish garden,I enjoy making better use of the ground..I remember the last war,and how important the home grown veg became. I also have installed a beehive to help with the pollination.Has anyone heard of the Ezidri Food Dehydrator ? I t is being offered on eBay at the moment, ( just click on 'Ezidri')with a video which lasts for ten minutes,showing what it can do .I must add that I mention this because my daughter has become the sole UK distributor of it,and anyone interested in buying one could save money on the eBay price,if they contact me.It is also being sold quite successfully on Amazon. I am retired and not interested in doing this to help myself,but to help fellow gardeners to save a bit of their hard earned cash. The machine can now be viewed on a video also at www.ezidri.uk.com It really is great for gardeners.July 2010 ,Adding to my 'About Me' to tell you that the very cold winter killed our bees although my beans seem to be doing well because I planted sweet peas between them which I think must have helped. Naturally I shall be drying the spare ones this year !.
