About Me
My one real regret in recent years has been not having a garden. However in 2007 I took on an allotment, a half plot, just a few minutes walk from home. That was the best 60th birthday present I could have wished for. I write about my plotting on Flighty's plot blog, http://flightplot.wordpress.com . I'm also happy to help out at the local horticultural society's trading shed every Sunday morning in exchange for a cup of tea, a couple of biscuits and plenty of lively banter! I support Thrive, http://www.thrive.org.uk , a small national charity which uses gardening to change peoples lives.
