Have my strawberries survived the winter and will my rasps regrow?

My strawberry plants look to have survived outdoors, will they fruit or do I need to dig them up and replant new ones? They have green leaves

My rasps seem withered and were dead all the way to the base, will they regrow or should I discard?

Apologies once again for the oh so basic questions!

On a positive, my blueberry that didn't fruit in it's first year last year has buds appearing :)

k , if you have a contact for straw , its another good way to keep the weeds down , plus its a good mulch ( stops evaperation ) it also keeps the fruits clean and slug free ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

OK, let's hope the rasps survive my neglect, didn't realise they needed cut back. They were autumn fruiting so hopfully got away with it....lesson learned!

Great news on the strawbs tho :)

Thanks so much guys.

I renew my strawberry plants every third year - while I am ahead.  Next week I shall be going round and removing any dead leaves, taking out the very few weeds, and insertging my home-made strawberry mats in place.  These not only protect the growing fruits, but help keep weeds at bay.  Go to www.save-money-guide.com/garden-tips.html and Tip No. 21.

My Raspberries, the Autumn Bliss variety, I always cut down at the end of the fruiting seasons.

k , your strawbs will be o.k. i renew my strawberries every 5 years from runners they have thrown ! unless a new good one comes on the scene !!after 4 years they get smaller , not so many and less tastier ! thats why i renew after 5 years ,,,,,,,,,, as for your rasps you should of cut them back by now , but they will be fine , are they summer or autumn fruiting ?
