Have a very small plot

Now have 3 raised beds of different sizes

 

Bed  "A  "this year right or wrong I hope to grow onions. As far as bed B & C . Root and Brassicas ? In that order ?

Sounds as if you are rightly allowing for rotation of your crops, and are working to the same sort of constraints I have - 2 raised beds, and an enclosed area inside a fruit cage for brassicas.  Because of these limits, I also intercrop my onions with sweetcorn which works well, as they don't appear to interfere with each other.
