Lavvender

Lavevnder's are coming into flower at the moment, so i thought that a brief discussion about any new varieties, any hints or tips?!

I have a new hedge to grow, so will be trying to propogate them myself from cuttings...

Any advice?

 My lavender is coming into flower as well but i dont know what lavender it is, it didnt say when i bought it.
